Vote Pat Fischer for Court of Appeals Judge

Just as my license plate reads: “2 Serv U,” I am running to serve the people of Hamilton County as an ethical, independent, impartial judge on the Hamilton County Court of Appeals. I believe I can do the best job for the citizens of Hamilton County because of my training, experience, and dedication to the law and this community.

I first stepped into a courtroom when I testified at a trial at age 13 or 14. I watched as the lawyers and the judge interacted. From that day on, I have strived to become the best lawyer I can be. Once elected, I promise to apply this same dedication to my service as a judge on the Hamilton County Court of Appeals.  Having represented both plaintiffs and defendants, I know how important it is to see both sides of an issue. Knowing and understanding the law, I am keenly aware of how important it is that the law be applied properly to the facts in each case.
